Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy describes the conditions for returning products purchased from SQSHI and how refunds are processed.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date. To qualify, the item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging and in a resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Items that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery do not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Requesting a Return

To request a return, please email us at owenjohnsonbgi@outlook.com within 430 days of purchase and include your order number and the items you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return before receiving these instructions.

Return Shipping

You must ship the item back to us to receive a refund. You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the return conditions described above. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a video showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide any necessary return instructions.

The unopened and resellable condition requirements do not apply to claims involving items that arrived damaged or incorrect.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
